In approve mode you or an approver answer when a member's agent needs an approval, and a new or changed permission waits for you. In both modes you receive a copy of their ledger entries from the day they joined, and you are told when they connect an agent. A member whose yearly confirmation is overdue is stopped until you reconfirm them.
